Tracey brings a unique background spanning more than 25 years, multiple industry sectors, and experience in both early stage, and Fortune 100 organizations. Highly accomplished, she has worked in Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and served in senior leadership roles, including General Management, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Business Development.

In Australia, with Monsanto Corporation’s NutraSweet division, she was responsible for advertising and corporate affairs programs, and negotiating contracts with global multinational clients, before being expatriated to Paris, as Director, International Sales, for their Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business unit.

With IBM Global Services, she initially focused on marketing strategy and programs for the Small to Medium Enterprise Services business in Australia, before moving to a regional sales role, where she successfully launched new product offerings in Japan and South East Asia. Her time with IBM culminated in New York, as Global Operations Manager, responsible for sales operations for the US$7B SME Services business.

Tracey then served a number of years in diverse senior management roles. In Canada, as Vice President, she negotiated multi-million-dollar technology contracts with some of Canada’s largest banks, and strategic alliances with some of the world’s largest technology providers. In Australia, she served in General Management roles tasked with establishing the education business for Renaissance, a New Zealand publicly listed company, and as General Manager for a privately held publishing and distribution firm based in Sydney.

Strategic and innovative, with a strong execution bias, Tracey enjoys assisting clients with Strategy and Market Development, New Business Development, Strategic Alliances and Channel Management. An innovative problem solver, with strong conceptual skills, she has the ability to execute in complex, unstructured situations by aligning people, resources and processes to achieve key performance goals.

Tracey holds an Executive MBA (EMBA), from the Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA program, a joint program with North Western University in the United States and York University in Canada.
