Randall has a keen interest in technology commercialization, innovation management and team development. With previous work experience in strategy and management consulting, aswell as university teaching and program development, Randall is able to quickly adapt and add value to projects and people across a wide variety of industries, geographies and cultures.

Randall is a business person in an engineering environment. He enjoys working with organizations and individuals to discover the true value and potential of their (patented) technology, and devising viable, desirable and feasible plans for commercialization and growth. His startup experience ranges from the co-founding of Structo - a B2B additive manufacturing company in Singapore, mentoring various early stage hardware technology startups, organizing and facilitating entrepreneurship competitions and teaching technology commercialization and (engineering) leadership development at the National University of Singapore, Faculty of Engineering.

Randall earned a BSc. in International Business Administration and an MSc. in Strategic Management from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, followed by an MBA from the National University of Singapore. He is Dutch national currently living in Singapore.
