Neil started Be Your Why in 2020 as a way to help those affected by the global pandemic. Neil founded We Are Why in 2013, a creative cloud agency that believes in the share economy, using the smarts of collaboration to execute advertising, branding and marketing communications. Industry agnostic with influence in diverse sectors from Finance to Pet Food, he has lead an innovative approach to creative services. Some outstanding achievements to acknowledge include the re-brand to float OneVue – Fintech wholesale super platform, the development of challenger brand Squiiz – the disruptor to Realestate.com, and The Collectionist – A boutique hotel awarded Time Magazines top 100 cool places to stay.
Neil is fascinated by technology. He co-founded New Global Media in 2014 to support companies migrate through digital transformation and evolved to target C-Suite with lead generation tools born out of real-time insights like the Continuous Customer Flow – A social media engagement widget that uses the influence of recommendations to monitor conversations for key words of interest and auto-respond with a nudge towards an affiliate.

An accomplished and award winning executive creative director, artist, illustrator, designer, advertiser, marketer and brand man, he has over 25 years industry experience in several markets globally including the US, UK and APAC. The companies he has worked for include the brand powerhouse Siegle & Gale (NY & London), sales & marketing specialists Creative Activation (part of the Clemenger Communications and Publicis Omnicon Group) and brand & retail advertising agency Evocatif (part of the STW group and WPP).
