Matthew is a former ad-guy who has worked in Europe, North America and Asia. Originally a copywriter, Matthew held roles including both Creative Director and Head of Strategy; working for brands such as Ford, Coca-Cola and Adidas.
Once a political blogger, Matthew has spent the last few years in the online fitness and nutrition world. His drive is to create and deliver programs that help people and to date he has been a part of helping hundreds of thousands of Australians live a better life. Today Matthew's focus is on an often neglected audience, the over 60s.
