Glen's recent position of Creative Partner at Everyone consulting transitioned into the Role of Director of Innovation Strategy at Deloitte Australia, after acquiring Everyone 6 months ago. The role enabled Glen to establish an Innovation Strategy practice and connect into the Venture and M&A teams with the Startup ecosystem contacts previously established through his Brand Advisory, Board Advisory, Investment and Mentoring roles.

Glen is currently working as the Brand Strategy and Product Experience lead for the fast growingAustralian Startup PAM Way helping position and scale the brand, product and team into the US market with a base in San Francisco in 2018.

Glen is the Global Brand Advisor for and recently mentored 6 leading Australian Startups on a tour of the USA (including Silicon Valley) as part of the elevate61 program.

Glen started his professional design career over 20 years ago at FutureBrand (FHA) Australia, one of a select group of designers who created the branding for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, then worked with Global ECD Andy Payne at Interbrand London, moving onto to New York working with Global CEO/CCO Howard Belk at Siegel + Gale New York and moving back to Australia working with Landor Sydney and role as Creative Director - Brand Identity and Brand Experience teams at IdeaWorks. Glen Founded Genius Group in 2011 and in 2016 partnered with Andy Bateman to form Everyone - a Growth Strategy + Design Innovation business based in Sydney, Australia working with clients Biogen, Tyro, Prospa and CSIRO. Glen is the Global Brand Advisor for a connected Australian Alumni network and
is a Lead Mentor with Stone&Chalk Australia’s Leading FinTech Accelerator based in Sydney.

Brands worked on Design Strategy, Brand Identity and Creative Applications include
AMEX Black Card Launch, Toyota Europe Prius Launch, SKINS™ compression Retail Store
of the Future and interactive digital kiosk launched globally, along with Smart SKINS™ technology. At Landor Sydney heading up the Brand Identity team creatively with Identities
that included Heart Foundation, Mirvac, News Digital Media, Career One. In London Branding included London Unlimited, Reuters, NM Rothschild, Barclays, M&S, LDA. Brands created and worked on at Siegel + Gale New York included Sony PlayStation Online, SunTrust, American Express, The Knot, New School University, New York.
